Using a range of markers that show us the way the body is functioning, we can determine which areas need to be addressed as a priority to assist in getting clients to an optimal state of health in the quickest time possible.

Intolerance Testing

There is only one type of intolerance test that is good enough for us to use as a diagnostic tool and that is MRT intolerance testing. With a reliability of 93.5% it is the gold standard for any accurate nutritional test.

This test looks at a 3 month reaction in the blood to foods so that we are able to determine which foods should be excluded form someones diet and which should be included.

Once reactive foods are removed we find a remarkable improvement in many aspects of a clients physiology such as better sleep, digestion, energy, cognitive function, less bloating and potential weight loss.

Both blood and Intolerance testing are recommended to be done together for optimum results.
